According to the Washington Post Database, Fatal Force, 41 unarmed people were killed in 2019 at the hands of the police. Of those 41, 10 were black. Of those 10, 5 were killed while attempting to assault the police officer in question. While all of this is sad and tragic, it is hardly evidence of “systemic racism” or “black genocide” at the hands of law enforcement given our total population of over 320 million people. The real black genocide is happening at planned parenthood abortion mills across the country, where black women are over represented by a factor of 3 to 1, and on the violent streets of Chicago and other urban areas at the hands of other black men.

DOJ statistics complied in a report during the Obama Administration (2011) show that blacks (mostly males), who make up 13% of the population, committed half of all homicides (52%) in the United States over a nearly 30 year period between 1980 and 2008. The sad reality is young black men are statistically far more likely to die violently at the hands of another young black male than through any action by law enforcement.
From the Obama-era DOJ report:
Based on available data from 1980 to 2008
- Blacks were disproportionately represented as both homicide victims and offenders. The victimization rate for blacks (27.8 per 100,000) was 6 times higher than the rate for whites (4.5 per 100,000). The offending rate for blacks (34.4 per 100,000) was almost 8 times higher than the rate for whites (4.5 per 100,000) (table 1).
- Males represented 77% of homicide victims and nearly 90% of offenders. The victimization rate for males (11.6 per 100,000) was 3 times higher than the rate for females (3.4 per 100,000). The offending rate for males (15.1 per 100,000) was almost 9 times higher than the rate for females (1.7 per 100,000).
- Approximately a third (34%) of murder victims and almost half (49%) of the offenders were under age 25. For both victims and offenders, the rate per 100,000 peaked in the 18 to 24 year-old age group at 17.1 victims per 100,000 and 29.3 offenders per 100,000.

There is also evidence from the National Academy of Sciences that, as the % of minority representation in police forces increases, the likelihood of a minority being shot rises.
“We report three main findings: 1) As the proportion of Black or Hispanic officers in a FOIS increases, a person shot is more likely to be Black or Hispanic than White, a disparity explained by county demographics; 2) race-specific county-level violent crime strongly predicts the race of the civilian shot; and 3) although we find no overall evidence of anti-Black or anti-Hispanic disparities in fatal shootings, when focusing on different subtypes of shootings (e.g., unarmed shootings or suicide by cop), data are too uncertain to draw firm conclusions. We highlight the need to enforce federal policies that record both officer and civilian information in FOIS.

Feelings are no substitute for facts. Violent Anger is no substitute for reason.
“Violent Anger is no substitute for reason.”
Given that people do evil things, reason can lead one to violence, or anger, or both.
