The wife and I have friends that are living in The Villages and I have my eldest cousin and her husband who also live there.
We have spoken about the Riots that the Dems are actively supporting and I asked them what the talk is in The Villages. They tell my wife and me that the Riots are solidifying the elderly’s support for President Trump not diminishing it. They said that Trump’s use of the phrase Law and Order President is very effective with the people there. Especially so with the women.

A couple weeks before the 2018 general election, Mitch McConnell gave an interview where he said he wanted Social Security “reform”, meaning benefit cuts for somebody (no specifics).

It was as if Mitch was intending to write a campaign ad for the Democrats, to drive down support for the GOP from seniors (and others who value Social Security).

Of course, the Democrats used his statements, and the GOP did lose the House.

Was Mitch trying to make that happen? Was he trying to put Trump on the defensive by turning the House over to Pelosi?

Inquiring minds would love to know.
