I;ve never been to CA , but my son in the Marines was based there about 2 years ago at Camp Pendleton and said it is a beautiful state to look at it, but because of the politics and cost of living he could never live there.
I managed to convince my wife to get out of MA and she did thankfully. Now all of our kids are in the military we are looking to go to WY and check it out next year, but have no idea where.
Consider a bit further west, too. Idaho is fantastic. Coeur D’Alene patriots got intel that antifa terrorists were headed there a week ago Sunday from Spokane. A well-armed citizen militia in the HUNDREDS showed up in short notice, just like the Minutemen in the 1770s. There was no Rioting, burning or looting. Then a few days ago, the mayor and entire city council put out a joint letter affirming support for the citizen militia.
