I think she added the sign to 16th St. not Pennsylvania Avenue.
We must win back the House this fall so that a law can be put in place that revokes that (Congress has the authority) and prohibits the re-naming of that street by anyone other than a bill passed by Congress and signed into law by the President.

Her honor does realize that all the traffic in that street will be driving over black lives matter with their dirty tires and such. Going to need continuous maintenance or it will look pretty tacky in short order. Hope they used weather resistant exterior paint too or it’ll bake and flake off.
