He dont know no better, Thomas wrote on his Twitter. We dont care if you dont agree and whoever else how about that.
There’s a reason Drew Brees was a NFL Man of the Year.

“Technically Drew Brees said nothing wrong.
Sorry but not kneeling to the mob is “saying” something wrong in today’s bizarro world of wokeness.
To: teeman8r
Absolutely. I support the right of people to protest in any peaceful way they see fit. As an American, that is their right, but it is also my right to judge them and their cause.
Personally, I think every person protesting in this case is one of four things:
- Ignorant non-militant liberals who fully accept the word of the Media and BLM that there is an epidemic of entrenched racist police assassinating black men in the streets of this country. These people are protesting because they are ignorant and believe their virtue signaling regardless of the accuracy of that assertion makes them good people. These are the people we saw a crowd of, kneeling down in front of blacks to apologize for their "white privilege". These people are known as "Cucks" or "Useful Idiots".
- Ignorant Militants who fully accept that same flawed premise, and believe that the perceived injustice should be met with violence and destruction to bring down a government, and the fact that Trump is at the top of it makes it even more justified in their eyes.
- People who don't care about injustice any further than using it as an excuse to loot, assault, cause mayhem and violence, and destroy things.
- Violent ideological militants who either know the assertions are false or don't care, and are engaged in this process to either loot and/or bring down a government, and the fact that Trump is at the top makes it an even more worthy goal in their eyes.
In any case, I despise them all with increasing contempt from the top to the bottom of that listing.

I was talking about the “backlash”. Another story reading tweets?
To: Red Badger
Well stated and much shorter than I what I wrote. I need to get my juices flowing in the morning with a long post. By tonight I’ll be in one line sarcasm mode.

I suppose. He’s in a tough spot though.
I hate Kap but I “get” the semantics of the protest. I just hate that they do it during the anthem. In fact, I hate that they do it using someone else’s platform all together.
I’ve held all along that an organized March or “sit in” on the Capitol steps would be nationally covered and equally as compelling.
Luckily for the NFL, the riots will be over and they probably won’t have to deal with this again. Who knows?
I’m just selfish and hope I get to watch some football.
To: stuck_in_new_orleans
Well the players are feigning disgust. This suggests that they are for not respecting the rule of law and honoring our country. BLM has a stranglehold on any major organization. I strongly believe the masses in the US must be silent so they wont get fired, have their car keyed etc. Trump will win again and you will see riots again. Time to invest in a firearm for your protection.
To: rlmorel
you are missing one category of protesters, the actual non violent, peaceably assembling protesters honoring the loss of mr. floyd at the hands of a LEO.
they are out there. overshadowed by all that you suggest and you have stated well.

Many are choosing to identify with their melanin level above their nation. Identifying as a group and treating a slight to one as a slight to all is a tribal behavior, and is incongruent with a representative republic based upon individual liberty backed by the rule of law.
The Democratic Party is aptly named, since at essence democracy is the rule of the mob.
