Arrest, samarest - can they shoot rioters? what are the ROEs? Do they have enough rounds for their GAU19/Bs

I’m very interested in the ROE. I don’t know what soldiers can do if they can’t shoot people. But of course we don’t want Kent State 2.0. The networks would love to see that.
