If you read the Statement of Probable Cause - here - it says that kneeling on his neck contributed to Floyd’s death. In other words, Floyd may have keeled over with a coronary tomorrow, but four days ago he would not have died if the officer had not knelt on his neck for 8 or 9 minutes. Third degree murder charges are completely warranted.

Well, I guess YOU know exactly what was necessary to restrain him, and not the cops.
Not if you're just innocently driving by. Now if he dropped dead of an aneurysm as you drove *over* him, then yes - you murdered him.
3 young black males badly beat a very ill White woman because her 3 yr old son supposedly said the word that can never be uttered by Whie people but is commonly sed by negroes.
She died shortly after and the culprits plea bargained to negligible charges, the worst being assault.
The DA's rationale was "She was terminally ill and was dying anyway".
This may reduce the charge to some degree of manslaughter rather than some more severe charge. Still, it will have no effect on the rioters.
None of this matters, it has gone way beyond this.
All this is going to do is cause even more violence and property destruction.
“He was alive until the cop took a knee on his neck. Then he died.
This is a fact, and it is not in dispute.”
Correct.
The defense will dispute that the knee on the neck caused Floyd’s death. We’ll all find out in a year or so.
I have no opinion on the officer’s guilt or innocence.
Everyone seems fixated on the neck area being the cause of him not being able to breathe. There is a thing called positional asphyxiation that LEOs are taught to be aware of. It involves the pressure of the arms behind the back along with weight and pressure applied by officers on the subjects back. This makes it hard for the victim to breathe. All they need to do is roll him slightly to either side to alleviate the pressure. The subject is still secured and this type of incident can be avoided. It also shows via video footage, that the officers responded in a manner that did not add to the possible death of the subject.
No, but I can read. How about you?
The report said that the restraint contributed to the death, even if it was by underlying health issues. No restraint, no death. It's right there in black and white.
Wait until liberals find out that he bought cigarettes and didn’t pay the taxes on them
The Guard did basically nothing in Ferguson. But whatever. We were under the Kenyan Regime at that time. Obama encourgage rioting and looting.
President Trump will not tolerate this on a national level.
Would he be alive today had this cop not done his neck knee routine?
I think it is safe to say that he would be alive.
Do you think his death was a coincidence?
Okay.
Well, then let’s say there’s some drunken leftist lunatic who wants to jump barriers and attack a politician.
So he jumps the barriers... but the police stop him.
And he’s so upset at this that he drops down dead of a heart attack.
Did the police murder him, too?
That’s is NOT what it says. It mentions being restrained by police. The police restrain people everyday. Are they suppose to ask you first if you have some kind of health problems before they restrain you, and if you do they just say oh never mind keep on acting crazy.
Who did the autopsy, Fsmy Malick?
Are people going to be given medical cards now that say “You can’t restrain me because I might die”?
Already have charged one.
If might keep them from getting killed.

Would he be alive today had this cop not done his neck knee routine?
I think it is safe to say that he would be alive.

Sure.
It would also be safe to say he’d be alive if he hadn’t been trying to pass off a counterfeit bill and running around acting out of control to the point where someone had to call the police on him.
