Its one thing to protest the unjust death of an innocent man peacefully. Its another to use this protest as an excuse to burn, loot, and destroy, which is exactly what the Minneapolis rioters have done.
For the third night in a row, violent unrest and chaos reigned in Minneapolis on Thursday as protesters demanding justice for George Floyd clashed with law enforcement. The rioters set fire to the Minneapolis Police Departments 3rd Precinct headquarters and torched about 90% of the small businesses along the Lake Street corridor, many of which are owned by minorities, according to the Minnesota Star Tribune. Videos of the protests showed rioters running away with stolen goods from Target and other department stores they had raided. One man was spotted smashing a boulder into an ATM, and another resident witnessed a random shooting in the middle of the riot yesterday.
Its a bit hypocritical to argue against violence and excessive force while simultaneously throwing projectiles at officers and setting fire to local businesses that had nothing to do with Floyds death.
The moment these protests descended into violence, they became unacceptable and unjust. The Minneapolis rioters arent protesters at all. Theyre criminals. And they're exhibiting the very same behavior they claim to hate.
Burn it all down, maybe the Somalians will go back to Somalia.
Well said. What are we supposed to think when people allegedly opposing police brutality and violence, go out and start a riot?
White people hear about a white guy getting shot by the police: What did he do?
White people hear about a black guy getting shot by the police: What did he do?
My granddaughter is fine with the property damage taking place. So, I asked for her cell phone and took it outside to the driveway. I told her I was going to smash her phone since she was OK with other people’s property being destroyed. She decided two wrongs do not m AZ ke a right.
Saw some SJW at the ‘gathering’ in minn the other day carrying a sign that said: “White silence=violence”. Carry on assclowns.
You cant be a SJW without being an idiot.
And they should all be prosecuted. After a quick and thoughtful investigation of course.
Hmmmm. Thinking back, didn’t grrrrreta make a comment about ‘putting them against the wall’? Or ‘putting a boot on their neck’. I think grrrrrreta is to blame.
The business that called the police on GF for giving them counterfeit money is at fault. It should have accepted the fake money (it had Barack Obamas picture instead of Benjamin Franklin). Therefore, it (as well as all other capitalist institutions) must be burned to the ground. /sarcasm
Import Somalians
And get Somalia
Somebody is doing something!
Watching the Governor of Minnesota, Democrat Low Life, Moron, Buffoon, Scum & Vermin Humanity, Tim Walz press briefing On TV.
Let me put this way fellow Americans...I would not let this idiot, Democrat, Incompetent Tim Walz take our evening garbage out to the trash can.
I am heartbroken over to alleged cold blood murder by Minneapolis Police. But, once the Democrat Party Rioters and Looters destruction machine destroyed downtown Minneapolis, the game changed immediately to riot, destruction of property, both public and private and the rule of law was lost in the city as, both the Mayor and governor had nary a clue as to what was going on!!! Well you vote for a Democrat that is what you get!!!
I do directly blame the police that committed the tragic murder of an innocent, but, I blame the Mayor, the Governor and most all the people of Minnesota who voted for these two Democrat Party buffoons...They might qualify to become a grocery bagger in a local supermarket...but that is about all they are capable of!!! Wake up people in Minnesota and Minneapolis...you sliced your own throat by throwing your votes away and you all helped destroy a great city!!! Sad to say the least!!!
Go, Trump, Go, Trump, Go Trump 2020!!!
Here is the pyramid of blame/responsibility in Minneapolis!
1. The officers that did the beating. They actually did it.
2. The police department head. They are responsible for the environment that lead to the officers believing this was acceptable behavior.
3. The Mayor. He selected the head.
4. The voters of Minneapolis. They elected the mayor.
This isnt even a state issue, much less a fedgov issue. It is a Minneapolis issue.

I don't understand why the police pulled out and let the rioters burn down their Precinct building. What? Were the cops from that Precinct busy elsewhere? Even then, there were probably enough desk jockeys inside that could have strapped up and went outside to defend it with live rounds.
Trying not to inflame the rioters on the streets is one thing; directly attacking a police station is justification for deadly force. It's past time to make some examples of these thugs who are endangering lives.
Did they not learn from the Rodney King riots to not retreat as the LAPD did from ground zero? Then the city burned for days.
It seems the "minorities" are the majority and a good portion of "protesters" were outsiders, very white and many associated with Antifa. This is also Omar's district and Somali colony. It is disturbing to watch that little man mayor and police chief go on liberal TV spouting platitudes as parts of the city burn down and police and fire stand down and retreat.
BTW,the idiot rioters made a situation worse with the actual Floyd situation. All records from 3rd Precinct were taken away and maybe destroyed. The police defense has been given a gift. Also, the DA is a Soros puppet and Ellison is the AG. Minnesota is a liberal sh*tstorm.
Why are people allowed to go close to the police and bait them? Why are they not kept a long distance away? They are saying anything they can to get under the skins of the police guards. This is a form of disturbing the peace and is not a valid form of freedom of speech. If the police are given orders to clear the streets why does that not include protesters who are only trying to exacerbate the problem? This only makes police just punching bags for some members of the community. We have seen this before in other cities. The politicians want all the glory and applause while they throw out the police to take abuse from the mob.
I just don’t understand the culture of Minnesota.
Yes, pretty much everyone is offended by the killing of George Floyd. Shameful. And they didn’t like it when conservatives spoke out so forcefully against it, so they needed a wedge. Riots will do it.
People have a right to be angry about the Floyd killing. But they do not have a right to express that anger by destroying the very community that was most hurt by the killing. Unless, as I said, they needed a wedge.
