Sure, in order to help the economy recover, let’s stamp out opportunities for people to work as contractors or start their own business. Drive up costs of hiring people. That’s the ticket! How about a $50 minimum wage?
I’m sure there’ll be plenty of union jobs for them in the new WPA, maybe tearing down, by hand, all the dams built by the original WPA.
