Mary Richards had a sweet personality. But she had a little grit in her. I wonder if she had a concealed carry permit. As for Sue Ann Nivens, Ill bet she carried, permit or not.

The Los Angeles Times quoted her saying: If you call it a riot, it sounds like it was just a bunch of crazy people who went out and did bad things for no reason. I maintain it was somewhat understandable, if not acceptable. So I call it a rebellion.

Widespread altercation. . . arson party . . . city-wide bar fight . . . violent overflow of anger . . . indiscriminate violence . . . scumbag street fizz

I have been watching the Negroid population of America RIOTING since the 1960’s, and it has always been by rote, i.e., burn down your own neighborhood and loot all the neighborhood merchants, thereby creating that now dreaded “desert of local stores”.

How many stores have to be looted or burned to be considered a riot?

The 1A only protects you against government oppression. It does not protect you against your employer.
For example, you can go to your local park and hold up a sign saying All FBI men are idiots. No government can interfere with your right to do that.
But suppose your employer loves the FBI. He can discipline you, or even fire you, instantly. And you would have no legal recourse.*
* The only possible exception would be if you had a contract. But then your employer could just fire you at the end of your contract.

Looting and burning are not the same thing as marching on City Hall and the Mayor’s residence.

The Baltimore Sun calls the post Freddie Gray riots the unrest. I saw an article today that termed the Minneapolis riots social unrest.
Could insurance policies differing ( or no) payouts if the loss is due to a riot have anything to do with these euphemisms?
