She was stupid, but so was he demanding she put the dog on a leash. I have no idea why this would cost her her job.

This could have been the company thanking God they finally got rid of her. She seems mentally disturbed. The company got to fire her with cause and no chance of a lawsuit. Probably good news all around.
He had a perfect right to tell her that her dog should be leashed under the circumstances. She had no right to falsely accuse him (to the police) of threatening her (a lie as the video shows). Stupidity alone (and falsely and unjustifiably trying to cause someone trouble with the police) are both ample grounds for being fired. The racial aspect just adds fire to racial animosity of which we have more than enough.
Because we are so deep into "politically correct" they're piping the sunlight to us.
I expect next they'll be demanding "Safe Sex with Social Distancing"
