Shes played to win. By mentioning, African American, shes implying the police are racist. I dont think such an act reflects on her as much as it reflects on her understanding of reality.

By mentioning, African American, shes implying the police are racist. And then she calls them and tries to make it sound like a dangerous black man needs to come get a good beatdown. Given that those four cops in Minneapolis just became famous for crushing a black guy's neck until he died in the street, she picked a bad day to say "the police are racist and I'm going to sic them on YOU."

I think she believes the police are racist and was hoping he thought so, too. Guess we will never know what exactly was said before he started recording her. Why was she so hysterical about being recorded?
