You need to read the law before commenting on old wive’s tales you’ve read on the Internet.
Please enlighten me, it wouldn’t be the first time I’ve been wrong.
It is merely my direct (thankfully second hand) experience with people being terminated merely because they brought embarrassment to their employer, but if you can point me to where the facts and circumstances indicate they couldn’t just let her go I’ll be duly grateful and a bot more informed.
