When asked if she censors herself when speaking about President Donald Trump, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's response was firm:
"Yes."
Axios' Alexia McCammond asked whether or not she feels she has to censor herself when speaking publicly in order to continue to receive federal assistance.
"Listen, the worst nights sleep that I've gotten in the last 10 weeks is when he has attacked me on Twitter," Whitmer says in the 30-second clip of the interview.

When talking about Whitmer the explecitives were frequent. They didn’t hold back.

It ain’t cute, Gretchen Dearest. This is serious business, and pretending to be the guardian of “safety” in Michigan is a zero-sum game at best.
Probably some 90% of the artificial restrictions placed on Michiganders are completely meaningless, either to restrict the spread of the COVID-19 Wuhan virus, or to effect some kind of workaround to get the essential business of Michigan moving and in gear.
Many of the things termed “non-essential” are in fact HIGHLY essential, and the designation is both demeaning and purely arbitrary. Geographically, only a small part of all of Michigan has been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 Wuhan virus, and that among some well-identified demographics. Concentrate on THOSE, and the rest of Michigan will take care of itself without micromanagement.
Possibly her intent is to “repurpose" taxpayer dollars that PDJT has committed for a specific purpose for anything that she feels like spending it for, ultimately to buy votes for Democrats, and to do so without accountability.
