Possibly her intent is to “repurpose" taxpayer dollars that PDJT has committed for a specific purpose for anything that she feels like spending it for, ultimately to buy votes for Democrats, and to do so without accountability.

I keep thinking.. corporations with H1b are skipping out on taxes they would have to pay to hire citizens sons and daughters. No one ever questions it. H1bs continue and leadership continues coporate welfare.
