Gov. Andrew Cuomo issued a statewide executive order Friday night that now allows any gathering of up to 10 people, so long as social distancing is observed.
The surprise order permits “any non-essential gathering of ten or fewer individuals, for any lawful purpose or reason, provided that social distancing protocols and cleaning and disinfection protocols required by the Department of Health are adhered to.”
The law appears to now legalize such small gatherings as indoor house parties or outdoor barbecues, picnics and even mini-protests, so long as no more than ten people are sharing in the activity — and they all stay six feet apart while doing so.

‘Social distancing’ is BS.
Democrat and RINO Governors are purposely shutting their States down so they can punish Trump’s supporters for the sin of not voting for Hillary in 2016. It’s not Trump they hate, it’s us.
Such a meeting does not make sense at all. No one is going to do this. What an asinine, unworkable concept! We need to get rid of the whole stay-at-home illogical control of the movement of humans. There is no sense to it at all.

People at the Lake Tahoe beaches are limited & they are literally patrolled to keep the numbers down.
HOWEVER——
There is a very large RV & Travel Trailer show underway at Sheel’s parking lot in Reno/Sparks, alongside I-80.
A large Hot Tub/Spa company is holding open parking lot sales.
BUT- when you want to ride horseback, you are only allowed to go out alone.

Maybe it’s better that his heavy-handedness drags out a while longer, as long as people aren’t dying. Even RATs aren’t happy being prohibited from having fun. (For us, it’s principles and the Constitution. For them, it’s theaters, bars, and beaches.) Cuomo’s dictatorship could result in a GOP governor in NY.

He only issued the executive order because the ACLU sued him on behalf of person who was arrested twice for while trying to hold small, socially-distanced rallies in NYC, on the grounds that allowing similar sized gatherings for religious purposes and Memorial Day violates the 1st Amendment and Equal Protection Clause.
