Yes, most definitely. The oil/natural gas boom has created a significant number of good paying jobs. Those jobs range from driving a truck to welding pipelines, the later pays big bucks, the former pays really good for driving a truck - better than OTR. I think people know the world-wide shut down has affected oil prices, and people know Trump wants to be open for business. Rats want the shut down. They revel in it. Then Biden comes along and wants to stop the Keystone pipeline. While the Keystone pipeline isn't in the Keystone state, there are other pipelines under construction in PA. (People know the difference, but they see it as a potential attack on PA oil & gas.) Just the general rhetoric of anti-shale and alternative energy is a threat to people's wallets if they live in the 'T'. That's the red counties of the Commonwealth. People in Philadelphia are oblivious to what goes on there, but I doubt Biden builds any enthusiasm there with an anti-oil message, because he doesn't build enthusiasm with any message. It certainly will help turn out for Trump in the 'T'.
