Michigan's attorney general said President Donald Trump will be told not to come back if he refuses to wear a face mask when he tours a Ford Motor plant outside of Detroit Thursday afternoon.
'Honestly, if he fails to wear a mask, he's going to be asked not to return to any enclosed facility inside our state,' Dana Nessel, a Democrat, told CNN.

So, if a private entity invites the President to come visit and it does not ask or require the President to wear a mask, the AG will step in and un-invite the President? Really? The AG has that kind of power?
Not really. The legislature hasn't enacted any such law, Ford Motors can and will change its rules as it sees fit, particularly if the President is visiting, and most states are smart enough to realize that the details of how the President travels, appears in public, etc. are outside of the scope of their authority.
Telling the President he needs to wear a particular piece of clothing is like telling the Secret Service that you really can just drive past them and into the parking lot since after all the parking lot is open to the public. Good luck with that.
