A Nebraska man has been arrested by police for allegedly shooting a convicted child sex predator to death after he allegedly saw the convicted pedophile leering at children in the street. James Fairbanks, 43, is accused of killing 64-year-old Mattieo Condoluci inside the latters home earlier this month.

Whatever that is.
I can’t wait to see who covers the trial and how.
If you kill somebody, and want to get away with it, there is one rule you MUST NOT BREAK!
NEVER tell ANYONE! Like that cleaning company, “Like It Never Happened”.
“Fine; Ill put you down as a vote against the rule of law.”
The perp believes in the rule of law and turned himself in. He’s even admitted it was premeditated. It will be an interesting case. I expect a guilty plea.
Will the NAACP be protesting ? Nope. Only if he was Black. They don’t care about White criminals.
Fine; Ill put you down as a vote against the rule of law.
I said he should punished. How is that against the rule of law?

You mean like dont post it on Facebook?
He should be given a $50,000 cash reward!!
"The rule of law" obviously could give a f#ck about a man that has a long history stretching back years and across states of assaulting young kids. Pedos are widespread in government, so I'm sure they could give a f#ck too, long as it ain't their kids.
And I'm sure the "rule of law" is very busy making sure citizens are sheltering in place, social distancing, and not working so the destruction of America can come to completion. Who has time to worry about a child predator?
And I'm sure being that this man who shot the predator was in corrections, he knew beforehand "the rule of law" was gonna do f@ck all to stop this man. Glaringly absent from the story is any mention of how many times police were called about this man. Obviously, dude didn't just sacrifice his freedom, firearm rights, and commit murder for no good reason.
I would of done the same thing.
I'm not sure I understand, Colonel ...
Count to 10, Lieutenant ... very fast.
This thread is packed with yelping yahoos desperate to make sure the whole world knows how much they hate child abuse.
FR is every bit as lousy with virtue signalers as the most demented liberal fever swamps.
Was he read his Miranda Rights in the subject’s correct dialect?
Fine; Ill put you down as a vote against the rule of law.
*********
Fine; I’ll put you down as supporting the manipulation of the rule of law that ensures the survival and eventual continued access of sexual predators to new victims.
See how that works? How easy it is to take the weak sauce of pathetic virtue signalers, wrap it up around something hard and jagged and then shove it right up in them?
How about you and your fellow cattle be held accountable as accessories for every sexual predator that re-offends once released?
That’d be fun.
So its OK to shoot him?
WTF?
The whole vigilante thing is fine in the movies. But if you think its OK to just go around shooting people who are living according to their release from prison...you are as demented as this guy.
You cannot just walk into someone’s house, accuse him of something (or judge them on your own) and shoot them.
I don’t know where you live, but everywhere in the US you will end up behind bars.
...I would of done the same thing.
I had a close friend raped, shot, and killed many years ago
I met the murderer, after he was captured, roughed up,
and brought to the ER (I was working there)
for checkout before going to lockup,
I knew who he was, and what he had done to my friend...
If his own child had been accosted by the guy,
I would understand his actions, damn the consequences...
But it is still murder
Excuse me; the virtue signaling is happening on your end.
The bigger problem here is that our laws/judges make relatively little effort to protect innocent children from these predators. The ‘victim’ should have been serving life without parole or preferably received the death penalty. The Supreme Court improperly prohibited capital punishment for raping children, and other judges are more interested in seeing if it’s safe to release even one of these evil perverts than in protecting the innocent. Let’s fix the law so that we don’t have other decent people feeling the temptation to do what the courts should have done.
Cool story, bro.
You just keep on supporting the revolving door for sexual predators and all the fresh new victims created.
Mindless robot to a broken system.
