response to the COVID-19 outbreak. He called it "Matilda's Law" in honor of his mother, and appealed to all citizens to
think of their mothers in abiding by the restrictions.

Here's the question, would Andy put his mother Tilly in any of those nursing homes? If the answer is no, then he's a failure, he failed those seniors, he failed New York, and should be criminally punished.
