I am actually allergic to metals...all of them. When I suffered a ‘dancer’s fracture’ a few years ago and talk came up of potentially needed to pin the bone back together it was an interesting discussion to say the least. How do you put metals into someone who is highly allergic?
How did they eventually resolved your problem? Did they use some type of shatter-proof porcelain, for example?
