Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) spoke to the FBI and handed over documents last month related to recent stock transactions by her husband that have come under public scrutiny.
"Senator Feinstein was asked some basic questions by law enforcement about her husbands stock transactions. ...She was happy to voluntarily answer those questions to set the record straight and provided additional documents to show she had no involvement in her husbands transactions," a spokesman said.
Feinstein's conversation with the FBI took place in April and the spokesman said that "there have been no follow up actions on this issue."
Feinstein's husband sold shares of Allogene Therapeutics, a California biotechnology company, on Jan. 31 and at least $1 million in Allogene stock on Feb. 18, according to Senate records.
Feinstein told CNN in March that she had "no input" in her husband's finances.
"I have no input into his decisions. My husband in January and February sold shares of a cancer therapy company. This company is unrelated to any work on the coronavirus and the sale was unrelated to the situation," she said, according to CNN.

l read somewhere that he is also the trustee of her supposedly blind trust.
Democrats are surprised when they have to answer questions from those in authority. They’re simply used to getting away with anything.
And as such, should her and her husband divorce, Im sure she would lay no claim to the money generated from such stocks.....
Amazing! Darn near all of these people become millionaires by innocent chance and mere happenstance. One of the mysteries of life.

Sure SOUNDS different. But even if they were treated the same by the FBI, the media would report a raid on Feinstein’s home and the hauling off of records as her “offering government researchers brunch and joyfully sharing her husband’s records with them,” IF they report it at all.
Wonder if they told her it’s against the law to lie to Federal agents?
Why no raid on her as they did the republican Burr? I guess democrats still get preferential treatment by the FBI and DOJ.
Barr? Hang him.
Nancy? nothing to see here and the Pubbies will not push a bit, worthless SOB’s they be.,
Fine-Swine is 86 and you can’t take it with you. You and your husbands billions. You were wasting time on planet earth while doing lots of evil lying things.

This wouldn't be an issue of [redacted by 'Civ], but of course I mean that in the nicest possible way.

Yeah, I bet she was “happy” to talk to the FBI, all right. I also bet that this is not the end of the matter.
I would venture to say they have mined gold from this countrys taxpayers for years by using insider info to obtain military construction contracts, not to mention the HSR choo choo train to nowhere.
