In his brief order Tuesday, Sullivan quoted his fellow judge on the D.C. District Court, Amy Berman Jackson, who previously admonished the parties in the Stone case that allowing amicus submissions does not mean that the criminal case will become a "free for all."
Flynn's case, however, has sometimes seemed like just that. In a fireworks-filled sentencing hearing in December 2018, for example, Sullivan himself appeared open to the idea that Flynn could be charged with a death penalty-eligible offense.
"I'm not hiding my disgust, my disdain for this criminal offense," Sullivan said during that hearing. He added that Flynn's allegedly unregistered work with Turkey "arguably" had undermined "everything this flag over here stands for.” (Flynn was never charged with violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act, which had gone largely unenforced until recently.)

Sullivan is dirty. Don’t know which “dirty” he is, but the stench of it is overwhelming. Choose from any or all of the below:
* Obama legal hitman
* Eric Holder legal hitman
* Corrupt - judicially
* *Being Blackmailed into doing this
* Hates white, successful men, esp. in the military
* Hates Trump to the point that he will corrupt the law to get him on fake charges even if it means doing that to Trump’s subordinates.
* Has a mental disorder that borders on sociopathic to psychopathic
* Has no regard for judicial procedures or the law
* Wants to be on a Biden/Democrat administration’s Supreme Court.

A good warning shot would be the release of the affidavit, and absolutely every JFK file remaining. The CIA blew a cork last time he almost did. This would be a good attention getting bitch slap for them in return for their coup attempt, and their boy Halper in London.
And it would remind America of their dirty background regarding their treason against other Presidents.
And zero redactions. The beauty of it, is that Trump is the final say. Nobody can stop him. Not the courts, not the traitorous intel community, nobody.
Judge is violating Flynn’s 14th. Amendment rights. His attorney needs to go to the appeals court.
They should look into his or his wife's BAN ACCOUNTS!
I think this little judicial gambit — and that’s what it is — is an effort to keep Flynn under a cloud so that they can soften the impact of what is going to come out as the administration releases all the relevant documents. Heck, they might think that they can stop that process.
Look what has been accomplished. Obama has been smoked out of his retirement and he looks shaken. Before this is over his reputation will be worse than Richard Nixon’s. But I would caution everyone that there will still be some minimum percentage of Obama-supporters who will always believe in the guy. Those of us who are old enough probably had relatives who didn’t think Nixon did anything wrong.

Sidney Powell will withdraw her objection.
The judge went completely out of line.

Why would Trump pardon Flynn this close to the election? He wouldn’t. If this is the reason, it’s wishful thinking by the judge. He may end up being disbarred.
I have read that DOJ May seek to have him removed from case.
My theory is that he’s trying to delay the resolution of the case until after the election in the hope that Biden will win and reverse Barrs decision.
