Rush was talking today about why Obama would be untouchable. His point is that if you go after an ex-president, future Presidents will have their hands effectively tied if the other party took power. I believe Obama is untouchable because any crimes he have committed would have been in the District of Columbia, the majority of whose citizens and potential jurors view him as a demigod.

Maybe after more comes out, President Trump should pardon Obama, just to make the dems’ hair catch on fire.

But when Trump leaves office, I believe this precedent will change. The dems will go after him hammer and tong. They really do want to punish him for winning in 2016 (and hopefully 2020).

Well, I heard Rush. Yes I totally agree with the argument that we don’t persecute past leaders for policy disagreements, however, I feel we are waaaayyyyy past policy disagreements. To me, the Obama administration purposely violated many American citizen’s God given rights. It is pure coincidence that this was done in pursuit of their policy, but when the purest form of the ends justify the means is in direct conflict of our very foundation it is absolutely time to check yourself. Obama spied, America died.

Rush is covering up the real reason.
Obama is not a natural born citizen.
Everyone in DC knew it.
They even somehow got Rush to jump on the “birther” Alinsky play against anyone who raised it.

BOTH parties violated the Constitution.

Trump doesn’t need to pardon Odumbo to make their hair burn. Just point out that Bubba already has received a pardon and could never have held any office without it. Jimmy Carter’s mass pardon of the Vietnam draft dodgers.

Maybe initially that was the motive. But now, they want to punish him for existing, along with his entire extended family, his friends and his supporters.
