Perhaps our Atty. General Barr doesn’t quite know what to do about this. This “bug” should have been administratively squashed the moment it was pitched.
Wasn't that the SCOTUS ruling over the Arizona SB1070 bill regarding state enforcement of federal immigration law?
Based on that same reasoning, doesn't Barr have the same discretion to not prosecute, say, Lt. General Flynn?
If this judge thinks he can force Barr to prosecute Flynn, why couldn't the prior judge force Holder to prosecute Arizona illegal aliens?

This would seem to be a major judicial misconduct charge and a disbarment.

Let it leak that Barr will seek indictments after either dismissal or after a presidential pardon of Flynn, and he expects Sullivan will be very embarrassed if he does not grant the motion to dismiss, once the bad actors behind the charges against Flynn get indicted.

When you appear in court as an attorney, you have to inform the court as to whom you represent.
Who is this clown representing? Who is paying his fee?
You have to file a notice of appearance and indicate who you represent.
If the judge lets this guy say one word in his courtroom he can be removed from the case. I don’t know how Federal Judges are disciplined for ethics violations but maybe he could be disbarred.
