Former Vice President Joe Biden and other top Obama officials received information in response to "unmasking" requests targeting retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn in the final weeks of the previous administration, according to a memo declassified by acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell.
The list, obtained by the Washington Examiner on Wednesday, shows Biden received information at least once in response to such an unmasking request on Jan. 12, 2017

I thought Powers admitted to unmasking names, but said she didn’t unmask the high amount of names that were credited to her.
However the record shows she has a January 11th unmasking of Flynn, one day before David Ignatius wrote his column identifying the Flynn call to Sergey Kislyak
Not exactly the right to privacy but your constitutional rights under the 4th Amendment, search and seizure. It’s the same rights that protect you from wiretaps in private phone calls. If your calls are captured while a foreign entity is being surveilled, the foreign entity is fair game because they aren’t protected by the constitution. However, if your call is monitored because they are actually listening to a foreign target, you still have constitutional rights under the 4th amendment. Therefore, your identity and your part of the call can not be considered as evidence in court, because they didn’t get a warrant.
You still have 4th amendment rights.
Do you really believe all these calls were to foreign entities?
By the way Grennell has more docs. I hear 7 in total. This is just the first batch.

But not impossible to find what reporter it was leaked to. Is it not a felony on that end as well? Supena them, let them take the fifth, toss them in jail. I’m pretty sure it has gone down that way before. Judith Miller from the Scooter Libby fiasco comes to mind.

He forgot? got confused? Wasn’t that the same day Mustachioed Rice sent (inaugreation day) that last second CYA email to herself in regards to Odunga’s meeting on Jan. 5th. Hummmm very interesting.
Looks like everyone in the Obama administration was terrified that Flynn might be exposing their skeletons. All this unmasking had nothing to do with Russia (other than that serving as the excuse). It was a cabal of deeply corrupt and at-risk dirty pols trying to keep tabs on what Flynn was saying about them and to whom.
After Clapper explained what making and unmasking was, Biden asked, "Can we unmask Cornpop?"
Im confused about that too. Unless the Russian was in on the whole scheme and frameup? They (Dems aling with the Russian) had set Flynn up ahead of time? And thats how they knew what conversations to ask to be unmasked.
I dont really get all of this either. Just know that very very smart people on FR have been waiting a long time and this is a huge step in the right direction. Hopefully this will all come clear.
Could we possibly finally get some justice for these treasonous thugs at the “news” networks.. was it illegal for them to publish classified info?
