We’ve all seen footage of those carefully timed explosions that bring down antiquated buildings and clear the ground for new ones. A horn sounds, the detonations begin, the building shakes, suspended for a frozen moment, and then collapses in a vast cloud of dust. That, metaphorically, is what is happening to the Obama administration’s legacy.
The presidential edifice has come down in two episodes, and the dust has not yet settled from either one. The first wrecked President Obama’s most consequential policies: the Affordable Care Act and the Iran nuclear deal. The second, happening now, is crushing its reputation for integrity, for following the most basic rules for conducting free and fair elections.

Which begs the question,
After Trump won in 2016, why would Obama and Obama admin be so careless about their coup? There are/were paper and electronic trails all over.
Of course, we haven't had any trial for treason for a very long time, so people are not afraid of any consequences befalling on them.
And it seems to me "Obama People" are THAT CONFIDENT Trump won't get a 2nd term. So "all" of this will just go away. If we don't see re-doubled effort to haul any Trump associates to jail.

The ONE, single opportunity he was given for a pure gold, irreproachable ‘legacy’ was occupying the WH and representing a new page in US history, as the first minority President....(regardless of HOW he got there).
But from the instant he put his foot across the threshold, he did and said nothing except with the absolute objective of further polarizing Americans and marginalizing US status among world powers... in every way.

Despite the polling and the news, even Fox, people are forgetting why we voted for Trump. The same reasons I would never vote for Hillary apply to Biden as well.

I think Trump was smart in dealing with the pandemic, he had to listen to the doctors or everything would be blamed on him. But he lifted his EO on May 1st as he said he would from the beginning. What he has done is to expose Democrat Governors for the Petty Dictators they are. I suspect a few Dem governors are finished when they are up for reelection.

The next Democrat president will go out of their way to try and destroy Trump’s legacy as well. Looks like this will be the new normal.
The Obamabots were so confident in Hillary winning that they ignored their exposed flank. The one, I hope, John Durham has explored to its furthest depths.

Because they knew how powerful and corrupt the Deep State was. They thought that the FBI would be able to blackmail either Trump or top Republican advisers and Legislators into doing the bidding of the Deep State. They never dreamed that Trump would give them all the middle finger and fight to drain the swamp like he promised those that elected him.
Even if President Trump's reelection in November is stolen through democrat vote fraud, this will not go away. My guess is that the democrat "resistance" is milder by a factor of 100 times than the most likely patriotic response starting in 2021. It's a shame too. We made it 150-plus years without a second civil war.
