Yeah... I don't think so. A lot of smoke is coming off this investigation. Flynn walks. The DNI drops documents proving that Russian Collusion was BS. Trump points a finger directly at Obama. The name "Seth Rich" pops up again.
A head fake to pacify Trump's outraged supporters would make more sense a month before the election. But if they really are going to indict some key players, this is a logical time to prepare the terrain.
