I’m not sure you watched the video I posted, because your analysis is way out in left field. Yes, the black guy took off like an Olympic sprinter when he was discovered by the neighbor. The video is speeded up, but he clearly took off like a sprinter as he knew he was busted. Also, before he enters the house, he turns his head from side to side so as to check if the coast is clear. He was in the house a total of four minutes, and when he saw the neighbor across the street on his cell phone, he took off like an Olympic sprinter. It is a crime to trespass on private property. Also, the standard is probable cause that a burglary is being committed. Once he bolts out the door, that’s probable cause.
