This video was posted on the twitter account of Ahmaud Arbery's attorney, Lee Merritt. It shows Arbery stopping in front of the home. He then looks around and walks into the home, which is under construction. He walks out of the home and into the garage. He is in the house for at least 60 to 90 seconds. He then BOLTS out the front entrance of the house like Jesse Owens.
I keep seeing this narrative about pants and boots. Where is that coming from?
Dang straight.
So you’re identifying with the “jogger” in this case.
What’s the difference in this and trayvon martin? I’m curious.
So?
Being arrested doesn’t make you guilty. Now they may more evidence we’re aren’t aware of that justifies a murder charge. But so far it hasn’t been made public and you can your hind end that if the race hustlers know of it, we would too.
I’m wondering why the video was sped up and who did it?
So he walks through the shooter’s yard?
Hmmmm...
They were apparently made aware that this man had committed a crime that could be related to other similar, serious crimes occurring in the area
Crimes that could that very well could escalate if not stopped.
If their police are anything like our police the only thing they do is stop speeders.
Aubery appeared to be running from the man in the vehicle who was videoing him.
Why?
He ran at least 40 yds to the truck and tried to take the shotgun from the man.
I know the actions of trying to stop a criminal are a crap shoot in today's world but this is not a case of "White racists murder innocent, unarmed black jogger" as portrayed by the msm.
BTW,blacks murder Caucasians far more often than the reverse.
It probably wasn’t sped up, but rather the camera is set to take 10 frames per second instead of the standard 30 frames per second in order to save storage space on a hard drive. When played at standard speed, it appears to be jumpy and fast.
Yeah Im I a moron that was an assistant DA for 27 years. But I should listen to you on what the definition of probable cause Is!!
“Homes under construction generally have lots of power tool$ and nice material laying around.”
BS.
If the builder or his subs (sub-contractors) are not there, there are no tools laying around.
We should buy them chalk so they can draw their own forensic outlines. AA's first [adult] crime and conviction was carrying a loaded Big Bear .380 into a packed basketball game against their top rival:
"A (19-year-old) Glynn County man has been indicted for allegedly bringing a handgun to Brunswick High School's campus in December 2013 during a basketball game between the school's crosstown rival, Glynn Academy. Ahmaud Marquez Arbery, who was 19 at the time, was indicted Jan. 28 for allegedly carrying a Big Bear .380 caliber pistol with him"
"A parent, who did not want to be identified, told Channel 4 he saw the gun as he was about to enter the school gym. He said police were everywhere. They were trying to keep everyone calm and away from the gun that was on the ground. They wouldnt let anyone in or out of the gym, said the parent.
The basketball game continued without interruption while police arrested Arbery.
The main thing is we stopped him from getting into the event, Ellis said. We dont know what his intentions were but you know its never a good combination when you bring a weapon to a school event clearly when its posted that you cant.
At Friday nights basketball game, Chief Ellis said they added more officers and from now on, every person will be scanned with a metal detecting wand.
Police said Arbery is out of jail on bond.
Two of the police officers suffered injuries. One has been treated for a fractured hand."
You can easily see he’s wearing pants in the video. The Timberlands is mostly rumor but it fits the general dress he’s wearing. As such, I’d put it as credible.
BRUNSWICK, Ga. 2013 "A quick-acting police officer in Brunswick stopped a teenager with a loaded gun from entering a high school basketball game Tuesday night. |
An example that proves you wrong.
You hear a yell and turn your head. You see a woman yelling, “he stole my purse” and points at a man running with a pink purse in his hand.
You didn’t see him take the purse. You however, have probable reason to believe a crime occurred.
News4JAX has obtained and released footage of AA's keen interest in new-home construction.
You can skip the News4Jax story and go straight to the YouTube link.
So you're saying that's not a New Holland L-218 Skid Steer in that video just posted? My mistake. Perhaps it's an L-219. Or maybe that's not a Werner ladder. Or a Harper dolly cart in the background.
OR, perhaps AA was merely assessing his bid on the sub-contract?
In my opinion, after examining the facts available (not just reading headlines), the use of deadly force was not justified. In the Trayvon Martin and Martin Brown cases, the use of deadly force was justified.
In this case, the father-son vigilante team chased the victim down in a pickup with the father in the bed of the truck brandishing a weapon, cuts the victim off, then the son jumps out of the truck and and levels a shotgun at the victim, then claims self defense when the victim attempted to defend himself.
The father-son team were the aggressors the entire time, and used excessive force while attempting to execute a citizens arrest for the crime of trespass.
In the Trayvon Martin case, Trayvon jumped George Zimmerman, and was pounding Zimmermans head on the sidewalk. Zimmerman did not stalk down Martin with gun drawn.
In the Michael Brown case, Brown was repeatedly punching an officer in the face through the officers cruiser window.
Yeah, ok, guy. If you were an ADA and you are holding civilians to the legal standards of police officers then I am very glad you were never an ADA on one of my cases. They didn’t see the crime. They are not cops. They cannot effect an arrest.
Ya think??? I bet he would just shot you.
