And the latest California court says the public interest requires that COVID relief be paid to illegals even though the law says the money cannot be used for that. The COURT decides it is ok to violate the law. What the hell is the purpose of a court then?
None of those folks are “experts”.
Obama politicized offices every day of the week for eight years.
Ding ding ding ding - Obvious deepster credentials.
In fact a whole line of conspirators against truth, justice and the rule of law.
Go back and look through the prosecutorial records of all of these slimey weasels, draw up a list of pardons and send it to Trump so real justice can be done.
Julie! Dont you have something better to do than hate Michael Flynn? Why dont you go down to your favorite Planned Parenthood clinic and suck the brains out of little babies? That will make you feel better! You could burn incense before the picture of Margaret (kill the blacks) Sanger while youre there.
I use Bing News to scan what the lefties at Microsoft believe are the Top Stories each day.
Interestingly, Bing News apparently feels the Flynn dismissal is not a Top Story as it failed to make the list of the 100 or more headlines I scanned.
Outstanding Point!
The work of the investigators? You mean like the work fabricating evidence?
General Flynn did not plead guilty in any sense that he saw compelling reason he had committed any crime. He was coerced into that action by overwhelming threats from the prosecutors (or should we say “persecutors?), and is of no more moral weight than a defendant put under stress until a “confession” was obtained.
And that “confession” would be thrown out by just about any appeal court in this nation. I say “just about”, because there are sill crooked judges and prosecutors even at the appeals level.
Keep digging NYT. You lost any credibility long ago. What you don’t realize is that you gave a blueprint to future administrations as to how to destroy the opposition. Now the Trump Admin will be free to do what they want to do as far as bringing you all to justice. Be careful what you write in the future because your words will hang you.
Gee, really Julie? Never seen anything like this?
How about dropping the charges on a woman who violated classification laws in over 32,000 emails?
A fracture of the laws that would put pretty much anyone else in a federal pen for oh, about 30 years.
“experts” - LOL
They knew it would be dropped some day. And that is just the beginning of the bad days for the left. Hammers are poised to be dropped relentlessly, on a bunch of the deep state coup-planners and participants now.
And rightly so - this unprecedented use of “intelligence” and prosecutorial power for political purposes, and against the good people of this country, has to end and should be met with huge punishment.
I heard that even though the DOJ has dropped their case the judge can still sentence Flynn because of his guilty plea. I can only imagine the uproar if that’s what happens.
Well, to repeat something our president recently said: “Dirty cops gotta pay a big price!”
That’s my Prez! Kicking tail and taking names!
Agreed.
BTW - you need to retype your tagline. It contains “curly” apostrophes that do not display correctly.
They didn’t drop charges - THEY NEVER EVEN CHARGED HER!
Let the lawsuits begin...! You think Nicholas Sandman had a big payday? Wait ‘til Flynn is done with his lawsuits; remember those idiots who said he betrayed his country, committed treason, was trying to corrupt the justice department?
More “experts” weighing in.
They’ve “never seen anything like this” because there’s never been a Coup on the President ever before.
Obama, on the other hand, was authorizing and coordinating this criminal activity from the start.
Hum, same place where Yates was professing at the time of her appearance at the house intel committee.
Flynn pleaded guilty twice according to the article. I missed the second one.
Lastly, any mention in the article about how his attorneys sold him down the river by never showing him the evidence against him??
IMO, Barr acted because the Judge was reluctant to dismiss the information (he was not indicted). There are other fish to fry and having a guilty conviction would hold up further action on his part. The judge is the bad guy here, not Barr.
