I don’t know if it’s possible in this case, but this should be followed by the biggest wrongful prosecution suit in the history of man.

I suspect he may have a malpractice case against his original lawyers, too.
Without indictments, arrests, (nationally televised public) trials, convictions, and prison there will be no justice.
Maybe Flynn can recoup some of his loses by writing a detailed 'tell-all' (naming names) book.
Like RUSH just said at the close of his program, this is BIG. Frankly, Hannity deserves credit because his BOOM just went off big time.

Who is going to reimburse him for all the money he spent to defend himself from the bogus charges?
Justice needs to be served, and these people need to be made examples of, so that this never happens to any Presidential candidate or American citizen ever again in this country’s history. These perpetrators interfered in a National Election, they created a hoax investigation, and bore false witness against innocent people for their own political and personal gain. That goes for the Mueller investigation too, because they carried the water for those FBI/DOJ criminals, and the House Impeachment investigation, who simply continued the coup attempt, along with trying to interfere in the 2020 election. This is one big, massive crime cabal, and if they aren’t stopped now, they will continue to reek havoc on this nation.
There damn better be a follow-up prosecution of those that brought about this lynching of General Flynn.
Americans are going to have blood on their beaks come hell or high water.
Absolute necessity to have displays on par with public hangings such as long investigations uncovering all dimensions of skulduggery involved and resultant long prison sentences for those participating especially those participating under cover of law.
I’m hoping Trump makes some comments, this is absolutely blockbuster.

Much better because (a) Sullivan cannot be safety predicted to dump it, only to ‘maybe’ allow withdrawal of guilty plea, and (b) much wrangling, appeals and delay would occur without nolle prosequi (DOJ’s decision to no longer prosecute).

My understanding is there is a difference between dropping and dismissal. Prosecutors drop. Judges dismiss.
