Being overweight is not good anytime. It’s hard on joints, muscles. But what do you do when it is GI damage that causes it?

By the time the PCP ran test the Gastro wouldn’t he found Gastropresis, SLOW DIGESTION takes slightly over 4 hrs to digest 2 slices of toast 2 scrambled eggs, laced with dye. 4 hrs of AB photos taken every hr. Took just over the 4 hrs to digest what normal people do in 1 hr. Your diet becomes Carbs, soft meats, backed or mashed non fiber food. It’s been 7 yrs and slowly the abdomen looks 9 months pregnant. I’ve had 4 boys so I’m aware how big you get. PAIN is constant, Colon gets hit hard, small intestine is painful as it doesn’t dump into the colon well. I’m to the point of 166 lbs because of Carbs and now Type 2 Diabetic. Med isn’t working well. I eat off a saucer to keep portions small. But Mostly Carbs puts weight on you. Diabetic diet does NOT mix. Add in severe spinal issues, you don’t walk much. Ready for a motorized wheelchair.

Yeah but really, 40% over recommended weight really isn’t that much. Show me a curve of weight to COVID deaths and I might learn something. BTW, COVID-19 gets credit for killing a lot of people with other issues anyway.
