Trump’s transparencies is coupled with no introspectve...no self awareness of how he sounds or how he comes across.. i recognize this.. my better half was like that. if there is anything that needs to be changed or corrected. they have to be told .. they just dont think in that direction. they go about their merry way and if there is a problem. it must be someone else..
they are high intelligence.. but the dont pretend or put on.. and they do what they think.. its normal to them.

The AP strikes again.
1. They were not President Trump’s projections. They were projections from Fauci and Birx, The IHME and sundry deep state outfits.
1. AP conveniently forgets to mention the original 2.2 million US deaths figure that was pushed by Fauci and Birx and hysterical hyped by the media to create maximum panic and instigate the economy destroying lockdowns.
Keep in mind that the governors are the ones with the authority to enforce the states’ rules, along with their legislatures. Congress can only appropriate or dispense money on a federal scale. The only thing Trump can do is effect monetary policy itself through Executive order, but he cannot force states to allow for businesses to open or not.
What the citizens in affected states DO have, of course, is the court system. They can sue on constitutional grounds, and for the most part have ample proof that the continued lockdown is not affecting the emergency. Of course, getting liberal judges would not help, but it can be appealed. This is the most appropriate use of the judicial system.
Incidentally, the NEXT big play by the Dems will be to create thousands of lawsuits all over the country to prevent businesses from opening and people to walk free, and many of those suits will be upheld. What is imperative is to ensure that we have enough lawfare battalions of our own to fight back.
Not saying he is wrong, but Mr. Trump knows if the economy tanks any further his support is going to wane.
