Those who live in Chicago may have already voted at their local public library. In the 3rd Congressional district looks like Lipinski will lose because of redistricting. Which had previously included adjacent Chicago city wards to his 23rd in a district that dealt exclusively with city issues such as a subway L service and the Stevenson Expressway Wards which were reliable Ted’s father supporters but since nost had areas with hispanic last names those areas were redistrcted and assigned to Gutieriez’s district.

Newman cleaned up in the Will County portion of the district, Suburbs that are more Republican but the democrats aren’t conservative and have no allegiance to the Lipinski name. So I bet you are right and he would have done better under the previous lines. Blue collar Latino voters wouldn’t have given a shit about Newman whining for more abortion.
