Flynn Attorney on Explosive New Documents: There's More Coming and It Gets Worse

During an interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity Wednesday night Sidney Powell, a top attorney representing General Michael Flynn against the FBI, said explosive new documents showing agents framing her client are only the beginning.

"The documents I've seen so far in addition to the ones you have in your hands now are even more stunning. It's just absolutely appalling what these agents and then the Special Counsel operation did to General Flynn. It's abuse of their authority at every turn," Powell said. "These documents weren't easily discovered. The emails have been in the FBI the whole time but the handwritten notes, as I understand it, may not have been. We still do not know who the author of those is. They're devastating evidence of lengths they were willing to go to dsiregard all prior protocols, all prior rules, their standard practice in other cases to warn of 1001 violation. All of that. None of that applied to General Flynn. They only had special violations of every protocol known for him because they were determined to take him out."

"I can’t thank Attorney General Barr and Mr. Jensen and Mr. Durham enough for having the integrity and fortitude to get to the bottom of this because that’s what it takes," she continued.

Powell has asked U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan to vacate the case.

Former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy broke down the new documents and said it's clear FBI agents put Flynn in a perjury trap.

"I think what we're seeing is a meticulously planned out scheme to try to get a 33-year combat veteran of the United States to say something inaccurate so that they'd have a basis to charge him with false statements or otherwise get him fired," McCarthy said. They did not have a legitimate investigative reason for doing this. There was no criminal predicate. There was no reason to treat him as a criminal suspect."

"For years a number of us have been arguing that this looked like a perjury trap. We're now seeing the paper trail start to catch up with what common sense has said for a longtime," he continued.

Judge totally has been compromised if its the same who keeps ignoring Brady violations, and malfeasance of government and law enforcement officials.

The biggest question of the moment:

Why does Wray still have a job???

C’mon Donald, fire this guy already. There’s absolutely no downside to it. The left will have apoplexy, but when do they not? I am completely in wonderment sometimes why Trump doesn’t do what’s in HIS power to make things right.

DO IT!

Obama is lazy and unoriginal. He would have approved it, but his “idea” would have been “hey, any of you guys have a way to get rid of Flynn, cause he’s a serious problem for our ongoing plans to grift after we leave office.”

One thing I am sure of is that McCabe was deeply involved because the actual architect (probably Brennan and maybe Holder too.) knew of McCabe’s personal animus toward Flynn, which made him the perfect patsy. He was motivated and willing to cross the lines and if anyone takes a fall for this, it will be him, while the puppeteer remains behind the curtain.

“Obama warned Trump during the transition about 2 people.....one of them being Flynn. What was that about?”

Probably just setting the scene — prep to sew discord among the group so Trump would consider Flynn skeptically at every step.

And wasn’t it Pence who was very involved in getting rid of Flynn — accused him of lying? Or was it someone else Pence messed with — Gen. Kelly or something? I think it was Flynn.

Sidney mentioned Team Mueller. That would make it worse. Mueller knew Flynn was innocent and charged him anyway.

And then all the people in Congress who patted Mueller on the back, and who advocated for a SC, etc.

Congress was part of the machine overthrowing the will of the people, overtuning the results of an election. The government has been defying the will of the people. That's an issue.

Unless I misunderstood, which is certainly possible, Dana Perino thought is was harsh to fire the people in the FBi who perpetrated this. LOL. What a tool.

“That is your opinion to which you are entitled to. No matter how stupid it is.”

Glad to know I’m entitled to my opinion. Thanks, man, I really really appreciate it.

Since my opinion is backed up by the absolute absence of any indictment action in a matter rife with justification for prosecution, I gotta’ ask: WTF are you talking about? WHAT is the basis for your clear implication that anyone in a position to act gives the slightest shit? You called me stupid. How then are YOU not stupid here?

Supposedly, Trump & Pence were told that Flynn lied to Pence. I have to go back & refresh what it was exactly. Pence made a statement about something which the media howled about not being true.....info from Flynn or some such.

She knows her beloved Bush family is involved in all of the corruption.
And she will happily make an ass of herself to protect them. Such a stupid twit.

That sounds right, i.e., Flynn lied to Pence. So much has happened that it’s hard to keep everything straight in the hard drives of our heads.

Nobody cares because Flynn worked for Trump. Do you think Wray would sit on his hands for THREE YEARS if Scooter Libby was being framed by the FIB?

I think the judge here has been compromised.”

Without a doubt. He’s not as brazen as Berman but he’s deep state. He will find a way to shield the scumbags.

What the judge is going to do is punt back to DOJ. Barr will not retry, Dems will scream cover up, etc.

What should happen is Sullivan sanctioning Flynn’s former lawyer and the FIBBers for what happened in HIS court. But that is beneficial to POTUS so it won’t be happening.

Mueller was a figurehead. Weissmann was the trigger man.
