Yes; long ago Georgia Democrats cut a deal with Republicans to carve up the state into “safe” districts for black and white Representatives. There are presently ten majority “white” districts and four majority “black” districts. The problem for Abrams is that she would have to beat one of the current black incumbents in a primary. I don’t think she has a chance to win in any of the current majority white districts.

I thought that, too - that Abrams might make a stink. Call him raciss, lead the black vote away, or call him what he is, a groper, and deny him the women's vote.
OTOH, she needs a job. She can call herself "rightful Governor" but there's no paycheck. The DNC will promise her a spot on Biden's team, maybe not VPOTUS, and she'll go along.
Other romance novels and finding ways to get to the food at a buffet, why would anyone consider this woman's to be of value?
