Former Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams appeared on CNN Tuesday night and defended presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden from sexual assault allegations by a former Senate aide. Abrams, who is openly campaigning for vice president, said the former vice president is telling the truth and this did not happen and she supports the campaign's approach to the allegation made by Tara Reade. Abrams added Biden will make "women proud."
"I believe that women deserve to be heard and I believe that they need to be listened to," Abrams said Tuesday night. "But I also believe that those allegations have to be investigated by credible sources. The 'New York Times' did a deep investigation and they found that the accusation was not credible. I

This ‘happened’ just a couple-three years after the Clarence Thomas herrings when harassment in the workplace was the issue. She didn’t come forward then so it didn’t happen.
The campaign ads around this are going to be brutal and hard hitting.
Reade's documentation is said to be in the locked Senate papers of "Fingers" Biden.
While not the least bit surprising, the partisan hypocrisy is still takes one’s breath away.
It has never been about “women’s issues” and “protecting women.”
It has always been 100% about defeating Republicans and electing Democrats.
The NYT did NOT "investigate" anything.
They simply printed their self-serving skepticism.
