Of course. I've been doing it with boring regularity since the whole fiasco started. I've been openly defying shutdown orders in both of the states where I operate.

But it's a whole different story for businesses that have to serve customers in a physical location. These business establishments are usually subject to licensure by a government body, and are most vulnerable to a totalitarian government.
