Too bad, let them get angry. China is culpable and needs to make reparations.

If we owe them any money, as in trade imbalances, it shouldn’t be too hard to seek (& get) reparations. Anything we can get needs to go to making up for our losses during this pandemic. That shouldn’t include losses some states will incur as a result of unfunded pension liabilities.
