New facts in the Michael Flynn case call into question the voluntariness of Flynns plea. Judge Sullivan should dismiss the charges to send a clear message: Outrageous prosecutorial coercion will not be tolerated.
The criminal case against Michael Flynn imploded Friday. First, the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia provided Flynns legal team with documents discovered by an outside review of the Flynn prosecution documents withheld for years. Then, Sidney Powell, the attorney who took over Flynns defense nearly a year ago, filed new documents in the case, revealing a secret lawyers understanding not to prosecute Flynns son if the retired lieutenant general pleaded guilty.
The criminal case against Flynn began when President Donald Trumps former national security adviser pleaded guilty Dec. 1, 2017, to lying to the FBI about conversations hed had with the Russian ambassador following Trumps election. That case, initiated by the now-disbanded special counsels office, lingered for more than a year while Flynn cooperated with Robert Muellers team. An end seemed near when Flynn appeared before presiding federal Judge Emmet Sullivan on Dec. 18, 2018, for sentencing. But after Sullivan harshly rebuked Flynn and suggested Flynn might spend time in jail, the retired lieutenant general accepted the longtime judges offer to have the sentencing hearing continued until Flynns cooperation was complete.

Outrageous prosecutorial coercion will not be tolerated.
Is Manafort still in Solitary?
Hope Mueller implodes along with it.
I PRAY Flynn is NOT A LIFE LONG DEMOCRAT ANYMORE, but he probably still is!
Call me when Mueller and his Stasi team do the rope dance. That is as close to justice as we can get.
Sullivan should be impeached.
Not holding my breath. The Establishment will not be in error. It ruins the
Trust in institutions
PS. I love Sidney Powell
Disbar these miscreants and revoke their citizenship.
Don’t bet a thin dime on it. He’s Deep State and well-protected.
SPJNK.
Where does Gen Flynn go to get his reputation and his life savings back, after this huge miscarriage of justice??
There’s a term in this thread that grates on me like nails on a chalkboard; “pleaded”. If I’m wrong, I’ll get over it. But whatever happened to “pled”? The past tense of plead. If one feeds a person, an animal or a rose bush, they don’t they feeded them. They fed them. There! Not that it’ll make any difference.
