Do you really think the President got something showing “Funding for Wuhan Lab in China to develop a virus to unleash on the world...$700k)? That kind of detail is buried under a ton of bureaucratic paperwork and only department heads have any idea where all the money goes.

It depends.......if this was FY 2017 it would be under Obama. The fiscal year would be 10/1/16 to 9/30/17 and Trump would not have anything to do with it. again....depends on when the money was appropriated. If it was FY 2018, which begins 10/1/17, it would have been under Trump.

Ok, what were the dates of the appropriations plain talk? (Nuthin is simple when it comes to decoding the Fed!) I’m betting under Obie! The problem is that most of the Ds collective of 10th grade dropouts will not be able to handle concepts like “fiscal year”.
