Also the average Indian eats far better than we do. Too much starch, but a lot of vegetables and spices.
Probably actual real food too.
That’s a good point, they are mostly vegetarian, so perhaps that’s the way out.
Also turmeric, chilli etc are antibacterial, dunno what effect if any on viruses.
