As environmentalists celebrate the 50th anniversary of Earth Day this week, a new documentary poses a sobering question.
What if wind farms, solar panels and other green energy projects are not enough to save the planet and humanity simply cannot sustain life as we know it?
Planet of the Humans, executive produced by Oscar-winning filmmaker Michael Moore and written and directed by Jeff Gibbs, asks hard questions about what it sees as the failure of well-meaning efforts to halt climate change.
It seems like we have been losing the battle, Moore told Reuters. We are in deep, deep trouble.
"Planet of the Humans," which will be released on YouTube on Tuesday free of charge to the public, argues that the mainstream environmental movement has sold out to corporate interests and that solar and wind energy components and electric cars rely too heavily on deforestation and electricity generated from coal and natural gas to produce them.

Moore said that he, like many people, thought electric cars were a good idea, but I didnt really think about where is the electricity coming from?
I assumed solar panels would last for ever. I didnt know what went into the making of them, Moore added, referring to raw materials, including quartz, and the fossil fuels needed to manufacture the panels.

Hold your nose and take a look.
What if another cheeseburger cannot save Michael Moore?
Yeah.
And what if the models you greenwads use are as false, phony, wrong and incorrect as the models “experts” used to predict millions of Covid deaths.
Oh wait. They are wrong. They have been wrong for decades. And they will continue to be wrong as long as you spew forth your lies and propaganda.
Stalinists lie. Always
Lumpy Riefenstahl was gut punched while editing his Columbine movie because none of the 9-11 hijackers had used a gun. He acknowledged this in a web post that week. But he persisted in his agenda.
Let go and Let God.
The planet’s not going anywhere until God terminates it.
Yeah, try running 30,000 ventilators and 5000 CT scanners using windmills.
Someone get Michael Moore a Bible. . . . so he can check out what God Himself does to heaven and earth. The main thing to be concerned about is where one shall spend eternity. Heaven or hell (talk about climate change!). We have a choice.

Save the planet from what?
Idiots like him should just leave the planet. That would help.
Not saying that's happening here but simply that this opportunity exists. Of course conservatives have been doing that but no one listens to them in the MSM. Perhaps some leftists can become useful idiots for us and get some attention for themselves by playing this role.
“Someone get Michael Moore a Bible”
It would burn his hands.
Then all leftists greenies Democrats socialist communist et al need to off themselves since they are consuming and not producing anyway
“Green energy” cannot save the planet, because firstly, the planet does not need “saving”, and secondly, it is a futile gesture, making not whit of difference except for the rapid decimation of the human species.
“Green energy” alone cannot supply all the accumulated needs of the present world population, but clever utilization of the sources of energy we do have can sustain a population load perhaps several times our current numbers. There is an upper limit, of course, when Montana becomes as densely populated as New York City now is, but that is not in the immediate offing.
Easy. Kill all the fat directors.
“Michael Moore’s ‘Planet of the Humans’ asks: what if green energy cannot save the planet?”
that’s easy: use purple energy instead ...
This fat slobs head needs to be mounted a wall some where like an eight-point buck.
Moore has partially seen the light. His faithful afficianados will be micro-aggressed that electric vehicles and solar energy are a fraud.
Show it in schools.
Then all of the fat liberals will just have to kill themselves to save all the rest of us.
