I did something similar very early when John Hopkins was presenting their data. That’s when I thought the reporting from various countries was spurious. Nothing has really changed my mind as more people get involved in the count and analysis.
I am still in vast wonderment about how incredibly fast the spread was initially. Just agog, actually. As a PhD in medical microbiology and areas subsumed within that vast data/knowledge base, I still lean toward a disbursement within the jet stream. It just happened so very very fast I can think of no other disbursement occurring within the time stream all over the world as we have been informed.
