Graham was raising the alarm bells over this and he was told to shut up!! This was a Dem move without it they would not pass the bill!! Graham wanted to make everyone equal to where they were but NOT where they made more!! Dems had a hissy fit and threatened not to approve the bill these bastards WANT businesses boarded up they don’t give a damn!!
