Quarantines are supposed to keep the small amount of sick people from going outside!
They are not for keeping the vast majority of healthy people locked inside.

Well, the Wolverines just made their intentions clear, I’d say it’s time for the Badgers to step up. I’ll be there.
I say that because by then the infrastructure of their state's basic economy will have dissolved and there will be NO way to pay the bill's.
