When do the liberal media's unctuous interviews of Democrats stop being journalism and start constituting campaign contributions-in-kind? The question arises again today in the context of Morning Joe's interview of Joe Biden. Here's how Mika Brzezinski teased the upcoming "Special Report":

i love how they always play the sympathy card about Biden losing his first wife...like that some kind of qualifier for being President....first off, everybody loses somebody in life..and second..so long ago, he probably doesnt even remember much about her....time heals after so many years. 2 part question; Mr Biden, why are all these Socialist endorsing you?
Do you think a big factor of the “Great Recession” was the perception of electing a Socialist? Based on the question from Barbara West interview, if you need an example of that perception. Heck, Biden still may think it’s a joke.
But I’m sure Scarborough isn’t interested enough to asking about ideology, might ruin the ‘Moderate’ perception narrative for the Democratic Party, their Candidate and their campaigners in the media.
