Yes I saw the interview with Tucker. I

also included that when the governors crossed the boundary of denying people the right to practice their religion, even when effort was taken to ensure they did abide by the edict set forth, then they exceeded their authority with regards to the Constitution. Up until that point they were operating within their bounds, constitutionally.
