Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders said Wednesday he is suspending his 2020 presidential campaign, bowing to the commanding delegate lead former Vice President Joe Biden has established.
Sanders made the announcement during an all-staff conference call. He will give public remarks at 11:45 a.m. ET, his campaign says.

BTW, did you see the new Biden ad? Aired by that same Priorities USA group with the Trump hating ad, it shows what appears to be a much younger and coherent Joe Biden spouting the usual generic feel good bromides.
It doesn’t matter what any one person does, and that includes Biden and Sanders. The DNC wants neither as their candidate and will take full control of the nomination process to see that neither is their candidate ... it’s just a matter of who the DNC decides will have the serious misfortune of taking on President Trump.
He should donate what’s left of his campaign money to the virus relief. But he won’t.
Biden can’t win so the delegates will choose their own candidate. I predict either Hildabeast or Mooch.
